Discovery + Design Direction

Site Analysis + Concept Design
We study how the property works — circulation, grading, architecture, views, privacy, existing conditions and how the space will actually be used. Then we develop an initial concept that organizes the major spaces and establishes the overall composition. This is where the project gets its structure.
